[Tokyo] Tokyo keeps up with its honours of the city awarded with the most number of Michelin stars – 234 starred restaurants in total.
All 12 three-starred restaurants retain their stars, with 5 NEW two-starred restaurants. They are Den, Florilège, Higuchi, Hommage and Sazenka.
Florilège which features Chef Hiroyasu Kawate’s imaginative modern French cooking.
